Windows 8 Freeze Crash Unresponsiveness Bug

If you’ve been experiencing random freezes and cases on unresponsiveness with the Windows 8 Release Preview then you’re not alone. Luckily, Microsoft got to know about the issue thanks to community feedback and have released a fix via the Windows Update service. So make sure you update your PC.

The issue seemed to affect PC’s running Intel’s Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge processors on desktops, notebooks and tablets. It’s good to see Microsoft putting at effort in even though the Windows 8 RP is not meant for primary use.
